摘要
95只羊分为4组,用新研制的阿维菌素长效缓释油胶注射液分别以每公斤体重20μL,40μL,60μL剂量进行注射,并设空白对照组。用药10周后与4只疥癣病患羊同舍感染35天。3个剂量组疥癣发病率分别为32%、12%和0,对照组感染率为35%。试验结果表明,在用药105天时,20μL剂量组与对照无差异;40μL剂量组防治有效率为88%;60μL剂量组达100%。
4 group of total 95 sheep feeding together were used in the trial. 3 group were given with newly developed avermectin sustainable-release oil-gum injection with dosage of 201μL,401μL, 601μL per kg of body weight respectively and another group as control. After 10 weeks of treatment 4 sheep infected with sheep-scab were put into the flock and feed together for 35 days. Morbidity of sheep-scab of 3 different dosage groups were 32%, 12% and 0 respectively and 35% for control. The results indicated that this is no different between 201μL dosage group with control. Prevent efficacy against sheep-scab of the new preparation is 88% for 401μL dosage group and 100% for 601μL dosage group after 105 days of treatment.
