摘要
目的考察昂丹司琼注射液与注射用顺铂在氯化钠注射液中的稳定性。方法参考临床常用剂量,配制含昂丹司琼与顺铂的配伍液,采用紫外分光光度法与炽灼残渣检查法分别测定配伍液中昂丹司琼与顺铂在25℃、37℃条件下,于配伍后8 h内的含量变化。并同期观察配伍液的外观变化和测定配伍液的pH值。结果在25℃、37℃条件下,昂丹司琼注射液与注射用顺铂配伍后,8 h内配伍液外观未见变化,pH值、昂丹司琼与顺铂的含量稳定。结论昂丹司琼注射液可以与注射用顺铂配伍使用。
Aim To study the compatibility after mixing ondansetron injection, cisplatin for injection, and sodium chloride injection. Methods The mixture was placed in temperature of 25℃ or 37℃ for some time,ondansetron and cisplatin were prepared in the sodium chloride injection according to the clinical common dosage. The contents of ondansetron were determined by UV spectrophotometer and the contents of cisplatin was determined by method of residue on ignition ; the pH of solution was assayed by pH meter ; the appearance of mixture was observed. Results There were no evident changes in contents of ondansetron and cisplatin within 8 hours after mixed and placed in the temperature of 25℃ or 37℃ ,and there were also no evident changes in the appearance and the pH of mixture. Conclusion This test indicated that ondansetron and cisplatin were stable within 8 hours after mixed with sodium chloride injection.
