摘要
通过单因素试验,确定豆秸与玉米秸的最佳混合比例为40∶60。通过正交试验,优化出玉米秸、豆秸混合原料制造秸秆板的最佳工艺条件为:施胶量11%,密度0.9 g/cm3,热压温度135℃,热压压力2 MPa,并详细讨论了各因素对秸秆板物理力学性能的影响。
The paper confirmed the mixed proportion of cornstalk and beanstalk through the single- factor experiment, and optimized the best technical conditions of mix - material flakeboard with cornstalk and beanstalk through the multi - factor orthogonal experiment. The affect factor to the physical capability of flakeboard, like the quantity of tannin resin (11% ), the density (0.9 g/cm^3), hot- pressing temperature (135℃) and hot- pressing pressure (2 MPa) were discussed.
