摘要 采用正交试验法研究核桃楸树叶、树皮和外果皮总黄酮的提取工艺,考察浸提液浓度、浸提温度、浸提时间、液料比、浸提次数等5个因素对核桃楸总黄酮提取量的影响。研究结果表明,核桃楸树叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:浸提液浓度60%乙醇,浸提温度60℃,浸提时间1h,浸提液体积与样品质量比15∶1,浸提次数4次。核桃楸树皮和核桃楸外果皮总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:浸提液浓度60%乙醇,浸提温度70℃,浸提时间1h,浸提液体积与样品质量比15∶1,浸提次数4次。 An experiment was conducted to study the extraction technology of total flavone in leave, bark and green peel of Jugfans mandshurica by orthogonal experiment. Effects of extracting solvent concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time, ratio of solvent to sample, extraction times on extraction content of total flavone were analysed. Results showed that optimum extraction conditions for leaves of J. mandshurica were obtained as content of ethanol-water solvent 60%, ratio of solvent to sample (volume to mass) 15: 1, four times of reflux extraction at 60 ℃, and extraction time one hour, while those for bark and green peel of J. mandshurica were the same except for the extraction temperature at 70 ℃.
