摘要
为了建立科学的检测气相防锈材料中亚硝酸根含量的方法,系统地研究了试样的不同浸泡提取条件对亚硝酸根浸提量的影响,考察了浸提液的酸度、温度和浸提时间等因素。结果表明,对于气相防锈纸中亚硝酸根的测定,用pH值为8.5的无亚硝酸盐水,在60℃下浸提30min,提取量最大;而气相防锈膜需利用pH值为8.5的无亚硝酸盐水,在沸腾的条件下浸提35min,获得最大提取量。
The effects of the factors such as the pH value of the immersion liquid, temperature, and extracting duration on the extracted amount of nitrite in gas phase anti-rusting paper and film were systematically investigated, which was aiming at establishing the feasible method to measure the content of nitrite in the gas phase anti-rusting paper and film. The gas phase anti-rusting paper and film after the immersion extraction of the nitrite were treated with N (1-naphthyl) ethylenediamine dihydrochloride and analyzed using spectrophotometry so as to evaluate the extraction effect. As the results, it was able to realize the maximum extraction of the nitrite contained in the gas phase anti-rusting paper using the immersion liquid without nitrite and of a pH value 8.5 to extract at 60 ℃ for 30 min. Besides, it was feasible to realize the maximum extraction of the nitrite contained in the gas phase anti-rusting film using boiling immersion liquid without nitrite and of a pH value 8.5 to extract for 35 min. The method has been used to determine the content of nitrite in different samples. The RSD determined using the present test method was measured to be 3.42%~5.56% for the anti-rusting paper and 0.98%~ 1.14% for the anti-rusting film; and the recovery rate for the anti-rusting paper and film were determined to be 94.60%~ 105.20% and 96.80%~101.50%, respectively. Thus the established method could be satisfactorily used to extract the nitrite in the anti-rusting paper and film in enegineering.
