摘要
介绍了复合钙钛矿化合物结构的本质特征,讨论了钙钛矿结构对微波介质陶瓷材料的介电性能(介电常数、介质损耗、频率温度系数)的各种影响因素。
The microstructure of perovskite compounds are studied in this paper, and various factors that determine microwave dielectric properties （dielectric content, dielectric loss, and temperature coefficient） of this kind of materials are discussed also.
