摘要
目的建立心痛平颗粒中葛根素含量测定方法.方法采用HPLC法测定心痛平颗粒中葛根素的含量,色谱柱:AlltimaC18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相:甲醇-0.3%磷酸溶液(26:74),流速:1 mL/min,检测波长为250 nm.结果进样量在0.041 8～1.003 2μg范围内葛根素量与峰面积响应值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.8%(n=6).结论本方法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的质控方法.
Objective To establish a method for ules. Methods HPLC method was developed for the the determination of puerarin in Xintongping Grandetermination of puerarin in Xintongping Granules on Alltima C18 column （5 μm,4.6 mm）〈250 mm）, with methanol-0.30% phosphoric acid （26 ： 74/v ： v） as a mobile phase （1.0 mL ·min^-1 ） and detecting wavelength at 250 nm. Results The linear range of puerarin was from 0. 041 8 μg-1. 003 2 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9. The average recovery rate was 99.6 % ,RSD was 1.8 %（n= 6）. Conclusion The method is convenient and accurate, and can be used control the granule＇s quality.
