摘要
法律是统治阶层用以维护一个国家、地区社会稳定、政府机构运转正常的一种强制性和规范性的手段,具有强烈的国家权力意志。文章用批评式话语分析和系统功能语言学双重理论框架,从情景语境、概念功能、人际功能、语篇功能、语义阐释等角度,剖析了立法语篇的权力意志,语料选用的是中英家庭婚姻法。
Legal discourse is a genre with special characteristics aiming to serve the ruling class to maintain a country or area＇s social stability and governments＇ moothly functioning. Legal discourse is a forced and regulated means reflecting a country＇s power will. This paper attempts to analyze the power will concealed in legal discourse. The materials are British Family Law act （1996）and Chinese Marriage Law （2001）.
