摘要
影响和制约高职院校教学质量的因素很多,教学质量的保障除了过程监控和结果评价外,更应该通过优化学校教育资源、构建人才培养模式和创新教育教学管理,从学校教育的条件和环境、教学工作的方式和方法以及学校内部管理的体制和制度等主要途径上来实施对高职院校教学质量的基本保障。
It＇s necessary to supervise and evaluate teaching quality in higher vocational colleges, yet many factors influence and restrict it at the same time. Therefore, to ensure teaching quality, much attention should be paid to qualifying teaching resources, to constructing new talent-cultivating mode and to innovating educating and teaching management by means of improving educating facilities and environment, teaching methods and internal administration systems and regulations other than the means of process supervision and result assessment.
