摘要
水稻愈伤组织培养中物理因素和化学因素对再生植株频率有重要影响,本文报道了几种提高水稻愈伤组织再生植株频率的方法,同时对其原因进行了探讨。
Physical and medium factors have important effect on plant regeneration in rice callus culture. This paper reported several methods and the possible mechanism about improvement of rice differentiation.
