摘要
随着我国产业结构调整和升级,有关能源的供给和消费成为社会发展必须面对的最主要问题之一。本文在全面分析我国产业结构调整特点以及所带来的能源问题的基础上,认为我国产业结构调整与能源消费具有长期共同趋势,要想实现我国的工业化,必须舒缓和破解近期能源供给的“流量约束”,并对未来的“存量约束”密切注意。最后,文章从产业结构调整和能源供给、消费协调发展的角度出发,提出了政策建议。
The supply and consumption of energy has been one of the main problems along with the Industrial structure adjustment in China. The thesis considers that the Industrial structure adjustment and the energy consumption have the same trend for a long term on the base of Industrial structure adjustment characteristics and energy problem. If we want to accomplish industrialization, we must solve the recent energy flow restraint and the energy total restraint in the future. At last the author puts forward some policy suggestions.
