摘要 针对福建南纸新闻纸的实际生产工艺,在纸机湿部采用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺—阴离子膨润土微粒助留助滤系统(Hydrocol),通过反向加入法,将定着剂加到混合浆池捕捉阴离子垃圾,降低阴离子垃圾对阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和皂土助留作用的干扰,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺加到纸机筛出口,降低旋翼高强脉冲破坏阳离子聚丙烯酰胺分子链的作用,皂土加在稀释白水泵入口,有效地提高皂土与细料接触机会。应用后改进了成纸的不透明度等质量指标,提高了纸机效率,具有明显的经济效益。 According to the practical production process of newsprint in Fujian Nanping Forestry-paper Co., Ltd., a cationic polyacrylamide - anionic bentonite particulate retention and drainage system (Hydrocol) was adopted at the wet end of paper machine.The catcher was added to the blending chest with reverse addition method to catch anionic trash thus lowering the interference of anionic trash to the retention of cationic polyacrylamide and bentonite, cationic polyacrylamide was added to the screen outlet to decrease aerovane high tensile thus destroying the molecular chain of cationic polyacrylamide, and bentonite was added to the inlet of fan pump to effectively improve the contact opportunity between bentonite and fine grain. The application of this system improved the quality index such as paper opacity and the efficiency of paper machine and a remarkable economic benefit was derived.
