摘要
目的调查、评价武汉市城区居民总摄氟量。方法在城市不同功能分区采集空气、水以及食物样本,用氟离子选择电极法测定不同样本氟含量,并计算出居民总摄氟量。结果武汉城区饮水、食物和空气中的氟含量均低于国家卫生标准规定允许限值,城区居民日总摄氟量为1.857 mg,主要来源于饮水和食物。结论武汉市城区饮水、食物、空气中的氟含量及居民的日总摄氟量均在适宜范围内,不需要采取干预措施。
Objective To invesigate and to estimate the total fluoride intake of residents in Wuhan. Methods Water, food air samples were collected in three sityes which belonged to different city function region. The fluoride content of each sample was examined by the fluorine iron selecive electrode method. Results The fluoride contents of water, food , and air samples were all below their respective allowable values of hygienic stanard. The daily total fluoride intake of resident in Wuhan was 1.857 mg. Conclusion The fluoride contents of the samples and daily total fluoride intake are condign to related health standards in Wuhan residents.
