摘要
组合凹模的应力分析是一个非常复杂的问题,对其进行精确分析是解决模具寿命的关键。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了转子组合凹模的参数化模型,在此基础上进行结构参数的优化设计和应力分析,并与常规优化结果进行比较。比较结果表明,优化结果比常规优化更准确,可为转子组合凹模的优化设计提供依据。
The stress analysis of compound female die is a very complicated problem. Its accurate analysis is the key to solve die longevity. The parametric model of rotor compound female die is set up by FEM software ANSYS. On the base, optimizing design of structural parameters of stress analysis are proceeded, which are compared with regular optimized results. It turns out that the optimized results are more accurate than regular results. It provides a reference to optimize design of rotor compound female die.
