摘要
为提高超高压圆筒承载能力,对过盈配合连接的组合圆筒进行非线性仿真分析;运用ANSYS Workbench建立有限元模型,模拟组合圆筒过盈配合过程,对比单层圆筒等效应力、周向应力图,结果表明过盈配合连接的组合圆筒承载效果更好,为设计组合圆筒提供了理论依据。
In order to improve the carrying capacity of ultra-high pressure cylinder, the simulation analysis of combined cylinder with interference fit was carried out based on nonlinear analysis. By using ANSYS Workbench software to establish finite element modal,simulate the process of interference fit of combined cylinder and be compared equivalent, tangential stress of single cylinder,the results show that the bearing capacity of interference connection cylinder is better, which provided a reference for combined cylinder design.
