摘要
论文探讨了国内出版的责任者具有中国国籍的西文图书的归属问题,提出此类图书应认定为西文图书,并对相应的处理方式提出了一些建议。
This paper probes into an ascription problem of the western language books whose responsibility persons have Chinese nationality and are published in domestic press.h proposes that this type of books ought to be firmly eognized as the western language books, and puts forward some suggestions to the relevant processing mode.
