摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞是一种既具有自我更新能力又有多向分化潜能的细胞,研究显示骨髓间充质干细胞将可用于许多疾病的治疗,如心肌坏死、肝功能衰竭、1型糖尿病等.本文概述了骨髓间充质干细胞研究现状,结合现阶段糖尿病治疗进展并比较其它方法的治疗效果,阐述了骨髓间充质干细胞在治疗1型糖尿病中的运用前景.
