摘要
在全面建设小康社会，开展中国特色社会主义新局面的历史时期，高校德育教师的素质应与时俱进， 体现时代要求。这些素质主要体现在：以人为本的教育理念；科学发展观念；创新素质；现代教育技术素质；组织和 引导学生进行研究性学习的素质。
During the period of building a moderately well - off society and ushering in a new era for socialism with Chinese characteristics, college teacher of moral education must posses high qualities so that they can keep up with the new situation. These qualities are mainly represented in the following aspects： a humanistic education concept, a scientific development view, creative quality, modem education technique, and the faculty of students to study efficiently.
