摘要
精英教育机构的性质和特征决定其在知识经济和科技创新中的作用举足轻重。世界经验和我国现实表明,在大众化时代,以培养更高层次精英人才为己任的精英型大学,只有树立现代大学发展意识,创新人才生态环境,筑高学科平台,重点发展研究生教育,才能维护崇高学术水准,持续提高精英教育教学质量。
A large number of elites are needed to meet the demands of implementing the strategy of revitalizing China via science and technology, developing a national innovative mechanism as well as reforming the higher education system. In the time of popularizing higher education, those elite-oriented universities have to maintain their academic criteria and incessantly improve the teaching equality by raising developmental awareness for a high platform of academic operations to create a sound environment of cultivating academic masters.
