党的16届3中全会提出了科学发展观,成为新世纪我们党关于现代化建设的重大战略思想,由此而实现了党在社会发展战略方面的与时创新。
The perspective of science development was presented in the 3^rd conference of the 16^th CPC National Congress, and it has become an important strategic thought of modernization construction for Chinese communist party. Thus, it has realized the strategic innovation of social development with the times for our Chinese communist party.
