摘要
总结了近年来涉外工程设计管理的工作情况,以及涉外工程现场服务的经验。以印度BALCO工程为例,阐述了涉外工程中过程管理、技术储备和技术人员应具备的专业素质等问题,可供其他类似工程借鉴、参考。
This article has concluded the design, management and experiences of site service of the foreign projects in recent years by giving the example of BALCO project. Its high attention has been put on the Process management, technological reserve and specialized quality that technicians should have for the foreign projects, which can be regarded as a reference to other similar projects.
