摘要
针对我国水务行业市场化改革的前景和思路 ,结合几个涉外工程项目投资和总承包建设管理的特点及经验 ,对水务工程的国际化运作、投资以及工程总承包建设过程中的管理及法律与社会信用问题提出一些初步的思考。
Based on author's experience and the specialities of management of investment and turn-key way construction of several international water projects which the author engaged in,considering the outline of water industry market economy reform in our country at present,it provides some preliminary studies and suggestions for the management,laws and social credibility etc.on operation,investment and turn-key way construction of international water projects.
