摘要
用低剂量链脲佐菌素(25mg/kg体重)加高糖、高脂饲料喂养大鼠诱导肥胖糖尿病模型,用大黄酸(100mg·kg-1·d-1)进行预防性干预或治疗性干预,均显示大黄酸能降低低剂量链脲佐菌素肥胖糖尿病大鼠尿蛋白水平、抑制肾小球肥大、TGF-β1mRNA的高表达及改善肾脏病变。
Low dose streptozotocin and high sucrose, high lard food-induced obese diabetic rats were treated with rhein. The results showed that rhein decreased urine protein excretion, inhibited glomerular hypertrophy and TGF-β1 mRNA overexpression, and ameliorated glomerular pathological change in the diabetic rats.
