摘要
目的 探讨联用扩血管与缩血管药物治疗大咯血疗效。方法 82例大咯血病人随即分为观察与对照组, 观察组联用扩血管药物与缩血管药物治疗,对照组用其中的一种。结果 观察组显效率为78．0％,总有效率 88．6％;对照组显效率56．1％,总有效率为75．6％,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0．05)。结论 联用扩血管药物与 缩血管药物治疗大咯血疗疗效更好。
objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of severe hemoptysis. Methods： 82patients with severe hemoptysis were enrolled randomlyinto two greups：observal group and eomtrol group were griven onlyone of the two drugs. Result： Effective rate at observal and control group reached 88.6% and 75.6%,respectively;the time in hospital were 3.8＋1.5 days and 5.5~1.8 days,respectively. Both of them showed obvious differ ent between two groups. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of vasedilator combined with vasoconstrictor in treatment of se vere hemoptysis is better.
