摘要
目的:探讨联用扩血管与缩血管药物治疗大咯血的疗效。方法:82例大咯血病人随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组联用扩血管药物与缩血管药物治疗,对照组两药选一。结果:观察组显效率为78.0%,总有效率88.6%;对照组显效率为56.1%,总有效率75.6%;两组平均止血天数分别为(3.8±1.5)d和(5.5±1.8)d。两组有效率,平均止血天数比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:联用扩血管药物与缩血管药物治疗大咯血疗效更佳。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of vasodilator combined with vasoconstrictor in treatment of severe hemoptysis.Metheds:Eighty-two patients with severe hemoptysis were enrolled randomly into two groups:Observed group and control group.Observed group was given vasodilator and vasoconstrictor;control group was given only either of the two drugs.Results:Effective rate at observed and control group reached 88.6% and 75.6%,respectively;the time in hospital were 3.8±1.5 days and 5.5±1.8 days,respectively.Both of them showed obvious different between two groups.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of vasodilator combined with vasoconstrictor in treatment of severe hemoptysis is better.
