摘要
组织工程化骨预制技术是目前骨组织工程领域的研究热点。从组织工程骨的预制、血管化及预制骨骨缺损修复作用三个方面对组织工程化骨预制技术研究的现状和发展趋势进行了回顾和展望。旨在分析当前的研究成果与组织工程化骨预制技术的最终广泛临床应用之间存在的差距,并为尽快缩短这一距离提供合理的设想。
Bone prefabrication is the focus of recent research in the field of bone tissue engineering. We review and preview the status quo and tendency of tissue engineering bone prefabrication from bone prefabrication, vascularization and the reconstruction action of bone defect. We want to shorten the distance before it＇s clinical application and give some reasonable suggestion.
