摘要
专业学科建设是高等学校中最重要的基本建设。专业学科建设与发展要遵循“全面、协调、可持续”的科学发展规律。专业学科建设以规模、质量的和谐发展为基础,以增强学科专业的生存与发展能力为重点,以人为本,以实现教师和学生的可持续发展为目标。
The construction of applied professional disciplines, which＇should be guided by ＂scientific concepts of development＂ is fundamental to an institution of higher learning. Following the rules of being ＂comprehensive, balanced, and sustainable＂ based on harmonious development of quantity and quality, the construction should focus on strengthening the survival and de velopment ability of the disciplines, and center on the cultivatiion of teacher and student, hence their sustainable development
