摘要
用粉纹夜蛾(Trichoplusiani)建立的一株细胞系BTI-TN-SB1对苏云金杆菌库斯塔克变种(Bacillusthuringiensisvarkurstaki,H3血清型)和蜡螟变种(Bt.var.galleriae,H5血清型)的晶体毒素进行了抗性选择。实验结果表明:BTI-TN-5Bl细胞系对蜡螟变种的敏感性更高.进一步用Bt.-H5型晶体毒素对该细胞系进行抗性选择,经MTT法测得连续处理细胞至第15代时,抗性达到2.
A cell line of cabbage looper (Trichoplusia ni) BTI-TN-5Bl was used to select the resistance to Bacillus thuringiensis δ-endotoxin. Primary experiments indicated that the BTI-TN-5Bl cell line was more sensitive to Bt. var. galleriae (serotype H5) than to Bt. var. kurstaki (serotype H5). Further studies were made to select the resistance of 5Bl cells to Bt. -H5 δ-endotoxin. With a MTT-based assay, the fifteen generations of selection caused 2. 5-fold resistance of cabbage looper cell line compared with the the normal 5Bl cell line.
