摘要
在梨树萌芽期用80mg/L青鲜素、20~15mg/L促生灵和125mg/L缩节安,延迟初梨花期6~7d,避免霜害.花粉室温保存15d,萌发率达50%以上,为尚未受冻的花朵进行人工授粉赢得时间.人工受粉后喷施100mg/L赤霉素,20mg/L钼酸铵,100mg/L硼酸,促进花粉萌发.霜冻后对部分柱头受冻而子房完好的花朵喷施40mg/L赤霉素+25mg/L促生灵、100mg/L赤霉素+40mg/L细胞分裂素、50mg/L赤霉素+150mg/L链霉素,可显著促进早酥梨和五九香梨单性结实.
After spraying MH (80mg/L), 4-CPA (20 ~ 15 mg/L) or DPC (125mg/L) respectively, the early blooming period of pear was postponed for 6~ 7 days that avoided late frost injuring. The germination rate was more than 50% when pollen was kept at room temperature for 15 days that would provide enough time to pollinate the un-injured flowers. The pollen germinate was improved by spraying GA3 (100 mg/L), AM (20 mg/L) or Boric Acid (100 mg/L) after artificial pollination. Spraying GA3(40 mg/L) combined with 4-CPA(25mg/L), GA3(100 mg/L) with CPPU(40mg/L) or GA3 (50 mg/L) with SM (150 mg/L) could improve the parthenocarpy of some flowers of Zaosu or Wujiuxiang pear variety after frost injury.
