摘要
用随机排列碱基顺序的寡核苷酸引物,对蚕、鱼、蛇、家猪等动物的基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,获得了这些动物的随机扩增多态DNA指纹图谱.对影响扩增结果的几个因素进行了分析。
Species specific RAPD fingerprints of pig, snake, eel, and silkworm were generated by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). Some conditions of the RAPD reaction procdeure may influence the result. Polymerase, annealing temperature, and primer, are important factors in obtaining good DNA yields and optimal fragment patterns. RAPD has been proved to be an efficient method in genetic analysis of animals.
