摘要
“两个大局”思想是邓小平针对中国现代化发展战略实现过程的不平衡性,提出的具有创造性意义的发展战略。这一战略不仅对于振兴中西部地区经济,而且对于全国经济的和谐、全面发展,实现我国现代化长远发展的宏伟目标,都将起到极大的推动作用。
“Two Overall Situations” thinking, a development strategy raised by Deng Xiaoping, countered the disequilibrium in carrying out China＇s development strategy of modernization. It has given an impetus to not only vitalizing economy of the West Regions but also the balanced development of the whole country＇ s economy, and fulfilling the longrange plan of our country＇s modernization.
