摘要
针对评价指标的层次性及权重信息的不完全性,提出多层指标权重信息不完全的绿色度评价方法。该方法规范化处理低层指标,逐级向上综合,最终得出产品的绿色度评价指数。对于任意一层指标,以前一级的评价指数为基础,结合该层指标权重的不完全信息,建立只有输出指标且含有偏好信息的数据包络分析(DEA)模型,求出平均交叉效率,并将其作为该层的评价指数。最高层的评价指数即为产品绿色度的量化指标。
To the hierarchy of evaluation indices and incompleteness of weight information, a greenness evaluation method with incomplete information on weights of multilevel indices was proposed. In the method, evaluation indices of the lowest level were normalized, synthesis was started with the lowest level, and till greenness indices were obtained. For any level, based on the evaluated indices of previous level (for the lowest one,based on the normalized data),combining the incomplete weight information of the level, a DEA model with output only and preference information is was produced, and then mean cross-efficiencies were calculated. The mean cross-efficiencies were evaluated indices of the level, and evaluated index of the highest level is quantitative measure of the product greenness.
