摘要
耕地入选基本农田整备区包括耕地质量排序和耕地入选两个过程,根据这两个决策过程的特点,构建了耕地入选基本农田整备区的指标体系。应用GIS技术提取相应的指标评价值,并选用耕地模糊优选模型、理想点法这两种模型对耕地质量进行评价、排序,最后通过一般农地入选整备区的0-1整数规整模型,实现了耕地入选基本农田整备区的决策。
Selecting cultivated land into prime farmland readiness district is a decision-making process.Ranking cultivated land synthetically and selecting cultivated land into prime farmland readiness district are the two logical correlated parts of the process.Based on the characteristics of the two processes,established a comprehensive evaluation index system,application of GIS technology was used to extract the corresponding index evaluation value and selection fuzzy optimization model and cultivated ideal-point to evaluate the quality of cultivated land,sorting,finally through to the cultivated land 0-1 integer neat model to realize the selecting farmland into the rime farmland readiness district decision.
