摘要
研究了高炉采用氧煤枪富氧喷吹煤粉时氧气与煤粉的混合特性.在直吹管内,氧浓度和煤粉浓度在横截面上类似高斯分布;沿轴线按指数规律衰减;并可分别形成局部富氧区域和煤粉富集区域.分析结果表明,这两个区域可以基本匹配,但难以严格地重合.改变氧煤枪结构可以改变局部富氧区域和煤粉富集区域的大小和匹配状况;调节氧煤枪枪位可以按工艺要求改变它们在直吹管中的位置.
The mixing characterstics of oxygen with pulverized coal in oxy-coal injection into blast furnace by oxy-coal lance are studied. It is found that oxygen concentration and pulverized coal concentration on the cross sections are similar to Gauss distribution, and attenuate as a power equation along axial direction of the blowpipe, and that a local oxygen enrichment area and a pulverized coal enrichment area can be formed. Futher analysis shows that the two areas are nearly match up, which can be improved by improving the structure of oxy-coal lance, and that the positions of the areas may be located by the position of oxy-coal lance.
