摘要 采用鼓泡碳化装置,以粉煤灰、氧化钙和CO_2为原料,并添加一定量的ZnCl_2作为碳酸钙晶型控制剂,得到一种改性粉煤灰颗粒。对改性粉煤灰颗粒的比表面积、表面结构等进行表征,结果表明,相比原始粉煤灰,经碳酸钙包覆的改性粉煤灰颗粒的比表面积增幅达到195%,通过对原始粉煤灰以及改性粉煤灰的XRD图谱分析,原始粉煤灰主要晶相为钙黄长石、方解石和石英,而改性粉煤灰只有唯一的方解石相。此外,以粒径作为衡量指标分析改性粉煤灰颗粒包覆强度,结果表明,在不同剪切速度下,改性粉煤灰的粒径分布波动较小,包覆性能较好。 The modification process of the fly ash was prepared in the bubbling carbonation device. The fly ash was modified by calcium oxide and carbon dioxide. In addition,the ZnCl_2 was added for the crystalline controller of the CaCO_3. In this paper,the surface area and surface structure of modified fly ash were characterized. The results showed that compared with the fly ash,the surface area increasement of the modified fly ash was up to 195%. In addition,the XRD spectrum showed that the main crystalline phases of fly ash were calcium feldspar,calcite and quartz,while the calcite was the only phase of the modified fly ash. In addition,the coating strength performance of modified fly ash was analyzed by using the particle size as metrics. The results showed that the fluctuation of the particle size distribution of the modified fly ash was small,which illustrated that the coating performance of the modified fly ash was good.
