摘要
目前我国许多高校图书馆员工的敬业精神不强,直接影响了图书馆的服务质量。从改革用人机制、完善岗位责任制、加强业务考核与业务培训、健全激励机制等方面,论述了增强图书馆员工敬业精神的途径。
At present, the library staff members in colleges and universities of our country are short of professional dedication spirit, which directly bring down their service quality. By mentioning such aspects as reforming personnel policy, perfecting post responsibility system, strengthening assessment and training of professional ability, completing encouragement system and so on, this article deals with the methods of how to strengthen professional dedication spirit among the staff members in library.
