摘要
图书馆应通过内部管理制度创新规范约束馆员行为,并激励馆员树立良好职业道 德。职业道德建设只有建立在制度约束的基础上,并配合适当的宣传教育和典型示范,才能达到 提高职业地位、改善职业形象的目的。
The article discusses how the library stimulates the librarians to improve the professional ethics through the innovation of library management policies. It points out that only if that the professional ethics development was based on the institutional restriction, with appropriated promotional education and typical exemplar, will it reach the goal of promoting the professional identity and improving the literacy of librarians.
