摘要
在全面建设小康社会的新时期,组织教职工积极开展科学研究与技术创新,促进社会生产力的发展,这应成为高校工会工作的着力点;加强教职工思想道德建设,努力建设先进的校园文化,是高校工会工作的重要任务;切实维护教职工的政治权益和经济权益,是高校工会的基本职责。
In the new era of the construction of an all-round well-off society, it should be a key-point in the tasks of labor unions to organize the staff to carry out scientific researches and technological innovations as well as accelerate development of productive force. Both strengthening ideological construction of staff and making an effort to construct advanced campus culture are important tasks of labor unions. Moreover, the basic responsibility of university labor unions falls on actually protecting the political and economic rights and interests of the faculty.
