摘要
“以人为本”是科学发展观的本质和核心,是构建社会主义和谐社会的首要原则。“以人为本”也为社会转型时期的高校工会工作提出了新的时代要求和理论视野。高校工会工作要贯彻“以人为本”,以此调动职工群众的积极性和创造性,为努力构建公正民主、诚信友爱、安定有序的和谐校园,推动学校的改革和发展做出自己的贡献。
Human-Oriented Idea is the essence and core of scientific development as well as the basic principle to establish a harmonious socialist society.Human-oriented Idea calls for a new demand and theoretical view for the Union's work at colleges during the transforming society.It should be carried out Human-oriented Idea to encourage the positive and innovative quality of the whole staff and promote the development and reform of colleges by creating a democratic and honest,orderly and harmonious campus environment.
