摘要
随着网络技术的快速发展，以及对素质教育认识的不断提高，现在，在高校的计算机教学过程中．越来越注重对学生进行信息素养的培养。本文从教师自身、学生以及具体的技术及管理措施三个方面，对此进行了讨论。
With the rapid development of network technology,and the improvement of making education,we pay more and more attention to train the student＇s information attainment during the process of computer teaching in colleges. This paper discusses the three points, which are the teachers＇ self-attainment, the students＇ training and the detailed technology and management.
