摘要
分析了金属型铸造铝合金摩托车减震筒铸造缺陷的产生原因。通过严格执行金属液的熔炼工艺,及时扒除液面上的浮渣和氧化膜,加强金属型的排气,并控制浇注速度,能有效地减少皮下气孔和夹渣缺陷。合理地减薄铸件热节处铸型的壁厚,或采取局部冷却工艺,可以减少铸件的缩松倾向。要消除铸件的横向裂纹,必须严格控制化学成分中的杂质元素,把握好抽芯和铸件的留模时间。上述预防措施已经过生产实践的验证,效果良好。
Origination of casting defects in aluminum alloy motorcycle damping cylinder in metal mould casting was analyzed.The blister and inclusion can be obviously reduced by strictly carrying out the smelting of melt liquid,removing the floating dregs and oxide film on liquid surface promptly,enhancing the gas elimination from permanent mold and controlling the pouring velocity.Proper decreasing the thickness of hot spot of casting or using local cooling method can eliminate the shrinkage porosity tendency.To eliminate the transverse crack in castings,it is necessary to strictly control the impurities in chemical composition and drawing core time as well as stayed time of castings in mould.Above mentioned counter-measures have been verified through practical production,showing good effects.
