摘要
作为教师,要具备“德”和“才”的素养,并以适当的教学方法去引导学生。只有这样,其思想和言行才能变成学生脑海里的印象和观念,被类化储存在学生的意识里,他才达到真正教育学生的目的。
As a teacher, he must possess the accomplishment of both ability and integrity, guiding students with proper teaching methods. Only in this way can his ideas and actions become students＇ impression and viewpoints, which can be categorized and stored in students＇ sense, and he can really be said to reach the goal of teaching students.
