摘要 设计了一种新颖的与偏振无关的2×2光开关结构,该2×2光开关具有新颖的光模块化结构,仅由亚波长金属光栅偏振分束片、铁电液晶偏振光调制器、准直器、环行器和全反射镜组成,对光开关的控制与输入光束的偏振态无关,输出输入光具有自对准的特点.这种新型的光开关结构具有光学元件少,结构紧凑,与偏振无关,波段宽的特点. A novel polarization-independent 2 × 2 fiber-optic switch structure was designed with a novel optical module configuration. It consists of subwavelength metal-wire grating used as polarization beam splitter, ferroelectric liquid crystal optical modulator, optical collimater, optical circulator, and total reflection mirror. The operation was independent from the polarization states of input light beams. This kind of optic switch was characterized by fewer optic components, compact structure, insensitive to the input polarization, and broad waveband.
