摘要
进行全自动电化学发光免疫分析(ECLIA)与解离-增强镧系荧光免疫分析(DELFIA)测定甲状腺激素结果 对比并建立差异校正的方法。收集77份血清样本,分别用E170ECLIA和Auto DELFIA 1235测定T3、T4、TSH、 FT3和FT4,建立每日室内质量控制。对两台仪器的测定结果分别进行配对t检验:提示测定T3、T4、FT3和 FT4的结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。而TSH的结果一致(P>0.05)。对两台仪器的测定结果进行线性回归分 析,两者测定T3、T4、TSH、FT3、FT4的相关系数(r)均大于0.970,相关性良好(P<0.05)。两种方法检测T3、 T4、FT3和FT4存在差异,而TSH结果一致。提出建立标准化是消除不同仪器、方法所致结果差异的最佳 方法。
To compare the determination results by ECLIA and DELFIA for thyroid hormone levels, to establish a method of difference correction,and to set up a quality control system for these two instruments, 77 blood samples were collected and T3 ,T4, TSH, FT3 and FT4 levels were determined by El70 ECLIA and Auto DELFIA 1235. The results between the two instruments were analyzed by paired t-test. There were significant differences in results of T3, T4, FT3 and FT4 (P〈0.05) ,but the results of TSH were concordant(P〉0.05). For the results of T3, T4, TSH, FT3 and FT4 analyzed by linear regression, the correlation coefficients between these two instruments were r〉0. 970. The correlation analysis showed P〈0.05. It is indicated that the correlation was good between these two instruments. The results of T3, T4, FT3 and FT4 by these two instruments showed different, but the results of TSH were concordant. The best method to eliminate differences between the results determined by these two instruments may be establishing a correction method.
