摘要
在分析邪教组织犯罪活动特点的基础上,从依法防范和惩治邪教组织犯罪活动出发,提出了努力提高防范和惩治邪教组织犯罪活动的法律意识和坚持防范与惩治并举的方针,不断完善法律规范,加大依法防范和惩治邪教组织犯罪活动力度的一些举措。
On the basis of analysing cult＇s criminal activity characteristics, proceeding from preventing and punishing cult＇s criminal activity according to the law, this paper presents some actions about how to improve the legal consciousness of preventing and punishing cult ＇s criminal activity. The author suggests that we should insist on the policy of preventing and punishing simultaneously, perfect legal norm constantly and devot more efforts to preventing and punishing cult s criminal activity according to the law.
