随着市场经济体制改革的逐步深入,当前中国的社会矛盾呈现出许多新的特征。正确处理各种社会矛盾,最根本的途径是坚持依法治国方略,切实加快建设法治政府的进程,依法防范和化解社会矛盾,确保社会和谐稳定。本刊特约请广东省人民政府法制办公室主任李炳余先生针对当前中国社会矛盾的现状进行深入分析,并在此基础上提出解决矛盾的对策,让我们对于当前中国的社会矛盾有一个正确的了解和认识。
Along with gradual deepening of reform of the system of a market economy in China, social contradictions in the country have taken on many new characteristics. A fundamental approach for proper settlement of various social contradictions is adherence to the general policy of governing China by law, practical acceleration of the process of establishing a government with the rule of law, prevention and settlement of social contradictions in accordance with law, and guarantee of social harmony and stability. China Law has particularly invited Li Bingyu, director of the Legislative Affairs Office of the People＇s Government of Guangdong Province, to offer an in-depth analysis of the status quo of social contradictions in the Chinese society today, and put forward proposals for settling social contradictions on the basis of the analysis, to enable us to know and understand social contradictions in present-day China.
