摘要
我国是一个农业大国,更是一个农民大国。农民问题始终是中国农业发展的根本问题,而农村剩余劳动力的转移问题又是制约解决整个“三农”问题的瓶颈,那么,农村剩余劳动力如何科学地实现转移,也就是农业实现现代化和农民富裕问题的核心。因此,在转移模式的选择上,应该对别国成功的经验和失败的教训有所借鉴,以便科学地研究与设计适合我国国情的农村剩余劳动力转移模式。
Our country is a large agricultural country and it is a peasant＇s big country even more, peasant＇s question is a basic question of China all the time. Transfer of surplus rural labor force is bottleneck of question to restrict “three agricultural”,so,how to transfer the surplus rural labor force Scientifically is core of argricultural modernization and peasant＇s rich problems. We should draw lessons from the experience which the other countries＇ successful and failed lessons to some extent in the choice of the transfer mode ,so that we can study and design the transfer mode of surplus rural Labor which suits our country＇s national conditions scientifically.
