摘要
国内外许多学者的研究成果表明,在市场营销中,如何赢得顾客的信任是一个永恒的话题。除了顾客自身的因素外,销售人员的动机、专业知识、相似性及可爱程度等因素直接影响顾客的信任,从而要以高质量服务赢得顾客的信任,扩大销售。
The findings indicate that how to win customer trust is an essential task in marketing. Except for customer factors, it is also velated to salespeople in terms of motive, knowledge, resemblance and loveliness, ete. This requires salespeople to be customer-oriented to improve the sales.
