摘要
随着网络技术的成熟和信息时代的到来,中国农民教育与培训面临全新的挑战和机遇。对北 京市现代农民远程教育与培训体系建设内容,从综合网络技术系统建设、学习支持系统建设、教育资 源系统的开发、远程接收系统建设、组织管理服务系统建设五方面进行了阐述。并对取得成效进行了 介绍;以及对体系建设过程中存在的问题进行了进一步的分析,包括基层人才、信息资源建设、培训 过程的交互性、以及远程站点利用与发展等问题,以期为中国现代农民远程教育与培训体系的建设 提供参考。
Along with the development of network and information technology, the system of modem agricultural long-distance education and instruction is faced with new challenge and chance. In this paper, the construction content of modem agricultural long-distance education and instruction system in Beijing were expatiated, including integration network transmission technology subsystem, education assistant subsystem, education resource constructing subsystem, long-distance receiving subsystem, organizing and management subsystem. The effects of the system were introduced, and the problems in the process of the system construction, including grass roots person with ability, information resource constructing, intercommunion of education and instruction, utilizing and development of long-distance stations, were analyzed, in order to provide references for the constructing of the system.
