摘要
社会转型既给大学带来了严峻的挑战,又给大学提供了难得的发展机遇。大学只有积极回应,实现与社会的良性互动,才能成为社会中最具活力、最能代表先进文化的机构。大学应做好以下几点:1.学术独立,把握好“即”与“离”的关系;2.彼此协调,防止学术权力与行政权力的互相兼占;3.改革体制,建立良性发展运行机制;4.知行合一,保证大学的多层功能。
The “throes” of social transition ts not only a serious challenge to a university, but also puts forward a good opportunity. It is university＇s active response that can realize the good interaction between the university and society. So the university is able to become the most active institution which can represent the advanced culture. Based on the modern times, the university should achieve the four aspects： 1. Being an academic independence which keeps the suitable relationship between the university and environment; 2. Being coordination which avoid the enroaching on each other between the academic power and administration power; 3. Reforming the university system which is able to build good running system; 4. Being integration between the knowledge and behavior which can ensure the multiple function of the university.
